I’d like to give you a little introduction about my personal / professional background.
My partner and I immigrated to New Zealand from Germany 20 years ago, and love living here.
Our property is located on approx. two 2 acres out of town in Matarau. Great area, lovely community – our real HOME now.
I have been working for more than 20 years in the building/legal department of
the local District Council in my home district in Germany.
We moved up North in 2003, and I started Realestate within a bigger franchise company in Whangarei. I totally liked, dealing with customers (buyers as well as vendors), but the amount of competition within the company was not really motivating me to work as positively as I would have wished to do it.
Therefore we set up our own business (CASA Real Estate) in 2007. We couldn’t have done a better move. CASA is a locally owned, and a Boutique agency. We are mobile. That means, our office is out at Matarau, utilising top notch IT equipment, servicing CASA owned international websites, taking our own aerial shots and at the same time, we can offer a much lower commission rate to our customers, as we don’t have the overheads and or franchisee fees, bigger companies in town have to charge their customers through a higher commission rate.
Hardly anybody is looking in shop windows anymore, to buy a property. It’s all done online now.
We can offer the same service – if not more through our individual approach, and we deal with a bigger amount of overseas purchasers through our German (covering Switzerland, Austria etc) and UK website.
In the meantime selling Real Estate has become one of my passions. I love selling lifestyle (but also the occasional residential property) I won’t take many listings on board. I’d like to list some, and sell them first – rather than having too many on my books, at the same time. This way I can assure my customers, that they will get regular and detailed feedback all the way at least until settlement date. That’s called a stress-free selling process, with the best results for YOU.
We came across Andrea through her selling three of our neighbour's lifestyle blocks. When we decided to sell our property, we signed up with Andrea from Casa Real Estate. Casa Real Estate also has very comprehensive overseas web-sites. Andrea speaks fluent German and two of our neighbouring properties were sold by her to overseas buyers.
Andreas' partner, Hardy, is an expert with Aerial Photography and Computer knowledge. Always in the background, he does an exemplary job with all the support work. During the time Andrea had our property listed, many of the prospective Purchasers approached her because of the excellent marketing material.
The service we received was second to none, although the fees Casa Real Estate charges are probably some of the most favourable available.
We have bought and sold many properties in the past and have never had the pleasure to work with such an efficient Agency as Casa Real Estate.

Hi, I’m Tracey
At the onset of my Real Estate career almost 20 years ago, together with numerous in-house agency awards, I achieved one of the most prestigious sales awards the Real Estate Institute has to offer: REINZ “ROOKIE OF THE YEAR” NORTHLAND. This is awarded to the top selling salesperson in the Northland region between the areas of Warkworth and Kaitaia.
I enjoyed many fruitful years in real estate then took a few years away from the industry. A change of pace was desired for a time and I relished the opportunity to try my hand at new things. I designed and sold house plans for a local house-building company; worked as a Placement Coordinator for an employment agency for people with disabilities and also enjoyed a position of Receptionist at Kensington Hospital.

We met Tracey at a couple of Open Homes prior to us selling our 2 properties. First of all we put our property in Onerahi with her at Casa Real Estate.
Is sold at the first "Open Home" for the price we wanted, and then a few month later we listed our home and 12 Acres at Parahaki and to our delight it also sold at the first "Open Home".
