Complaints and Dispute Resolution
CASA Real Estate is licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, and operates under the REAA Code of Professional Conduct and Client Care (pdf 152kb).
We welcome your feedback whether offering a suggestion, observation, or expressing satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the service you have received from any of our salespeople.
Our complaints procedure
1. If you have a complaint, we initially encourage direct discussion with the salesperson with whom you have been dealing.
2. If the problem has not been resolved, contact the office and ask to speak to the branch manager or business owner.
3. You can place your feedback in writing and forward this to the office for followup.
